Cats abandoned at the Dog Shelter 3/26/2011

28 cats were left at the Dog Shelter in wire cages covered by a tarp.We do not know what time they were left but they were found at 8am, and the Humane Society picked them up at 9am and began to care for them.  The cats were cold,

hungry and very thirsty!
